Either party may terminate a service engagement with appropriate notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of all fees for services provided up to the termination date.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to our business or other users.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law, shall remain in effect after termination.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any specific service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and urbanvertexora regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
